Pedicure

A pedicure is a cosmetic treatment for the feet and toenails, typically done in a salon or spa. It involves various procedures to improve the appearance and health of the feet. Here's a general overview of what a typical pedicure might include: The feet are soaked in warm, soapy water to soften the skin and nails. The nails are trimmed and shaped according to the client's preference. The cuticles are pushed back and trimmed to promote healthy nail growth. A foot scrub or exfoliating treatment is applied to remove dead skin cells and smooth the feet. A relaxing foot and lower leg massage may be included to improve circulation and relieve tension. A moisturizing lotion or cream is applied to hydrate the skin. If desired, nail polish is applied to the toenails. This often includes a base coat, color polish, and a topcoat for a finished look. Some pedicures may offer additional treatments, such as paraffin wax, hot stone massage, or specialized masks.
